He lectures extensively on all aspects of clinical dentistry as well as technology in dentistry and has been featured at every major dental meeting in the United States and in international locations, also. Dr. Flucke uses technology in every aspect of his practice and personal life, pushing himself to constantly be on the leading edge. He loves testing, and breaking, the latest gear he can get his hands on. He lives his life by the motto “you can’t have too many toys.” He consults with manufacturers, helping with the development of techniques, technologies, and products, which allows him to see things from the “duct-tape-and-zip-tie” stage all the way through to the completed item. Dr. Flucke’s passion is technology that improves patient outcomes, and he is always working to create or to help create products and techniques that allow patients a better quality of life. He joined the company as a clinical research associate in 2015 after graduating from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of the University of Southern California. Dr. Nový is the chief dental officer of the Alliance Dental Center, Massachusetts Public Employees Fund, and holds faculty appointments at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and Western University. He served on the ADA Council of Scientific Affairs from 2011 to 2014 and as president of the National CAMBRA Coalition. In 2016, he was appointed the consumer representative to the US Food and Drug Administration Dental Products Panel. Dr. Tadros was born into a Coptic Christian family of two hardworking physicians who immigrated to the United States in the late 1990s. His younger sister, Sandra, is currently in medical school, and his wife, Mary, is in her last year of pharmacy school. Dr. Tadros’s interest in engineering, art, and medicine sparked his passion for the field of dentistry. He and his wife enjoy traveling, DIY projects, painting, church activities, and most importantly, spending quality time with their family and friends.

Dr. Tadros began his journey as a dentist at Georgia Regents University in August of 2010, obtaining his Doctorate of Dental Medicine by May of 2014. Upon graduation, he received the “Best of the Best in Prosthodontics” Award. Dr. Tadros also won first place in the esthetic contest at the “Digital Smile Design Miami Super Week,” held by Dr. Christian Coachman in September of 2014. Dr. Tadros’s attention to detail and eagerness to treat challenging cases led him to pursue a three-year residency program that specializes in Prosthodontics at Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University. Alongside his residency, Dr. Tadros is involved in the Ronald Goldstein Center of Esthetic and Implant Dentistry, directed by world-renown and father of modern esthetic dentistry, Dr. Gerard Chiche. Dr. Tadros has special interest in comprehensive full-mouth rehabilitations, esthetic and implant dentistry, computerized implant-guided surgery, 3D-printing, and digital dentistry.

Dr. Tadros’s research includes incorporating 3D-printing into dentistry. The 77th Accredited Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, a Diplomat of the American Board of Aesthetic Dentistry and a Fellow in the International Academy of Dental Facial Aesthetics. He is an international author, lecturer and consultant to dental companies. Dr Snyder owns a software company and an online dental training program www.Legion.Dentist. He hosts a weekly podcast, Delusional: Winning the Weekly War of Dentistry. Dr Snyder is also a professional race car driver and entrepreneur.
